The accommodation was really good.
The location of the hotel is in a quiet little corner of the island, away from Palma but very close to Pollenca, which is a small town that offers enough for shopping or taking a walk. The position of the hotel is superb, just in front of a little beach. Staff is excellent, a special quote for Nuno, Jaime and Pedro. The food is good, it changes every day and is fresh. The SPA and the fitness center are in very good shape and not very crowded. Perhaps in other period of the year the various facilities of the hotel might suffer the pressure of the customers, but indeed when we visited there was no need for queuing everywhere. Value for money.

Beautiful area and the actual Cala was lovely. Spectacular views from the hotel and the beach was very clean. Ample car parking, which can be a problem in Mallorca. A couple of really good little restaurants, especially Modesto and Cala Barques, both of which serve amazing food. The pharmacist should be avoided at all costs as a) they're prices are exorbitant and b) the lady in the shop is extremely rude

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Peaceful location which was just what we wanted for a quiet stay. Easy to get around the island by car. No TV which was perfect, but would have liked WiFi access in room. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and sitting outside on the terrace with a view was idyllic. Hostel could do with some TLC, but all in all a lovely few days in Mallorca. Ate at a couple of local restaurants where we found the food was very good.

It was such a heartwarming gesture, especially since we were on our honeymoon. The hotel's thoughtful attention to our special occasion made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and can't wait to return for future celebrations! The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings were a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was a truly unforgettable experience that combined luxurious comfort with a stunning natural backdrop. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. I had an incredible experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they paid impeccable attention to detail. Location, views and tranquillity, great quality/price ratio. Could be improved the communication after checking -in. There's a restaurant just 2 minutes walking from the property, "Modesto", beautiful quiet garden and amazing food. This is the right place to stay in the north/west. A quiet, chilled, relaxed resort for those who want sea, sun, sunsets an d the sound of the waves. If you want your soundtrack to be the sea and not a nightclub. Could be too quiet for some. But for those who like peace, it's perfect.

The staff were always so friendly and helpful. We loved them! The location is beautiful. Lovely restaurants around the hotel (however the hotel food is amazing). Bus stop just above the hotel and super easy to go from location to location. Lots of water sport activities around about and beautiful walking routes! Located in one of the many small towns of Mallorca, with gorgeous beach right in front, plenty of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a rental car, so we welcomed the option to park in the underground garage. Our hosts were very fast to respond to couple of issues we had, all were resolved within a day. There are several shops, restaurants and bars all within short walking distance from the apartment.

The room was spacious, huge bed, large terrace with a beautiful view. The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach. I give 5 stars to the hotel because of one big reason: the staff was hugely welcoming, professional, warm. Especially Jose, Alonso, Lucia and the blonde lady who always welcomes you with a smile during the morning breakfast. I have rarely seen such services. Congratulations.DanBelgium
