If you are looking for a Superior type apartment, with Air Conditioning, high speed Wi-fi connection, comfortable beds, if you are looking for a clean house, away from noise, smog, maybe with a nice sunny terrace, where to relax, take the sun, or drink a good glass of Italian wine, then you have to stay at this beautiful penthouse. Very Sunny, totally new in every part, is located just 350 meters from the seafront, reachable with a pleasant 5-minute walk, most of them on a flat and pedestrian path. Elegant, quiet and peaceful area. Guaranteed relaxation, cleanliness and comfort.
