From the time we arrived, everyone there made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Even more wonderful was the upgrade to our room at the same price! We truly appreciated that. The indoor hot springs and spa are very nice! Two saunas, one steam bath, another sort of steam bath, 2 hot water large tubs (one with little shoulder-neck message jet streams), one kneipp path and another large tub with hydro massages. Water and tisanes for free.
