Distance from the villa and the center of the town Sveti Lovreč is only 500 meters. Villa offers beautiful panoramic view on the Adriatic Sea. The living room with a functional fireplace is designed as a single unit intended for pleasant stay of all residents of the villa, and has access to the covered terrace and pool. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and also have an exit to terrace. Upstairs are bedroom/s, one of which has a private bathroom with a bathtub and views of the garden and pool. While the other rooms have a terrace, and a shared bathroom with shower.

Our portfolio currently consist of 66 villas situated in the most attractive areas of the Istrian peninsula (Croatia). Sveti Lovreč is approximately 15 km away from Poreč and the sea and approx. 20 km from Pazin. It is settled along the road Baderna – Kanfanar, which in the direction north-south connects the Istrian hinterland settlements west of Pazin. Sveti Lovreč is the center of the rural settlements in its surrounding and contributes to their quality of life. In Sveti Lovreč there is an elementary school, an outpatient clinic, an administration office, post office, a grocery store etc. Even though there are no more than 300 inhabitants today, this settlement in the Poreč area may be referred to as a small town due to its rich cultural and historical heritage. It is located at 202 m above sea level. It’s interesting position (the southern border of the municipality is the Lim Channel, whereas the northwestern border encroaches into middle Istria) at the intersection of roads connecting Poreč, Vrsar, Barat and Kringa, as well as its fruitful ground are the reasons why the area of Sv. Lovreč has been inhabited since the prehistoric era. Aside from the parish church, in the settlement and its surrounding there is a number of valuable sacral monuments and buildings.
