Ruiterplaat Vakanties will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours after booking, with payment information.

After full payment is taken, the property details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available.

Please inform us when your expected arrival time is after 5 pm. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodations.

Bed linen are optional; guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.50 (bed linen) and EUR 6.50 (towels) per person. Beds can be made for EUR 13.50 per bed. Please contact the accommodations before arrival if you want to book bed linen and towels.

Two children's cots/cribs are available for EUR 1.50 per child per day. A children's high chair is available for EUR 1.50 per day.

Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum.

It is not possible to place extra beds and exceed the maximum capacity of the bungalow.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
