Great location right next to the train station. Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent, again with all we needed. Bar food was pricey but that's as expected.

Between 2 of England’s principal motorways, the M1 and A1(M), Luton is best known as an arrival point for cheap flights to London. A low cost carrier hub, Luton Airport is home to the unmistakable orange headquarters of Easyjet.
Booking.com offers hotels on the airport grounds, as well as accommodations including guesthouses in the town nearby, many of which offer free parking. But that isn't the only reason to visit.
Luton once had an important role in hat-making, an industry which has given its name to the Hat Factory performing arts venue. The town’s huge carnival is based in leafy Wardown Park, home of Luton Museum and Art Gallery.
Local crafts from yesteryear are displayed in the discovery center at Stockwood Park. Also here is one of the golf courses surrounding the town, and just east is a spa and swimming pool at the Luton Hoo country house hotel. Another golf course borders the Dunstable Downs to the west, and a third is by Whipsnade Zoo, the largest in the UK.
Luton shopping options include The Mall (previously the Arndale Centre), and the nearby station offers direct trains to London St. Pancras. Available restaurants cover everything from Indian to Caribbean and Malaysian.

It is absolutely crap.
It is absolutely crap. I arrived there at around 12.30 pm, to be told that the room I had pre-booked through booking.com was not available!
According to the reception staff the hotel's computer had overbooked the rooms. Not good for a single woman arriving at the hotel after a long flight to Luton to find that the room I expected had been used for someone else. It was extremely inconvenient and upsetting, I was very tired. I will never book a Holiday Inn hotel again or use booking.com.

Liked: Moss house is clean, very close to Luton railway station, perfect for short stay if travelling from Luton Airport. My room was very comfortable, warm and quiet. There are two local supermarket close by if needed. Not liked: property needs a fridge in the kitchen also a dining table and four/six chairs. A spare WC 🚾 🚽 as there is only one Bath 🛀 room in the property. Other small additions of hooks in the bedroom and bath room. Host Raj was very helpful in providing local taxi details and was available when called for help. But needs to communicate 24 /48 hours in advance of arrival of guests in order to provide comfortable and stress free check-in process.

Airport was under construction and our driver was not able...
Airport was under construction and our driver was not able to drive up to the terminal so we had to walk 15-20 minutes to meet him at the long term parking lot. Buses were running 24/7, but did not seem to know about the bus stop right outside of our hotel for pickup or drop off. Security had me do the 360 scanner with several others despite having nothing in my pockets. An agent told me to keep my watch on and that was the only thing that could have set off the sensor. Another agent told others not to lean on the wall / initial sensor as it gives a false positive. Probably why so many of us were tagged for the additional screening. Not sure if the lady was an employee of EasyJet or Luton, but a rude lady was trying to get us to pay for our carry-ons to put in the overhead bins. We had no issues with putting our bags under our seats on the flight to Luton or on the return flight, but was told repeatedly we would need to pay for 3 of our 5 bags. We demonstrated repeatedly that they fit. Also not sure if it was EasyJet or Luton, but our 6:05am flight did not depart the terminal until 6:20am and after several stop, wait, go's along the way finally finished taxiing and was in the air at 7:16am.

There was a lot of litter on the car park, i.e. blue paper towels
Would’ve liked the airport, shuttle bus to stop outside the hotel as my wife is disabled. Unfortunately we had to walk quite a distance to the bus stop

There is only single and big problem, at Luton airport nobody knows where can I have bus ticket, even the guys living in Luton said they don't know. I spent half an hour to ask ( even checking the automat machines) and learn for having the bus ticket. After asking tens of people I learnt that you have it in the bus by credit card. How come no body knows and how come there is no information at any where.

Beautiful apartment with hot tub bath & TV in bathroom the lightning was amazing full kitchen with everything you could need & more great value for money realy injoyed my stay at a fantastic price I will definitely be staying again 😀
Excellent at the price paid. Well presented small, family run hotel in a quiet back street away from Luton town centre but close to the motorway, airport and most importantly for me the Airparks long stay parking for Luton Airport which is literally 5 minutes drive away. Clean, pleasant staff, good hot shower and comfortable bed. The on-site Italian restaurant looked good and seems to be well regarded by locals although I arrived late and tired so didn’t get chance to use it.
We were using it as a overnight stop on our way to London. Was perfect for accessing the motorway. We’d definitely use it if travelling from Luton airport.
Was clear where the hotel was with parking that was a good price.
Someone was at the desk to check us in on arrival.
Room was clean with a very comfortable bed.
Great breakfast which we precooked so was really good value. Staff were friendly at breakfast.
Everything! I am surprised by the low rating. King William is a countryside pub close to Luton Airport with locals that enjoy celebrations/karaoke, historical architecture, excellent accommodations, super comfy bed, and friendly Pub Staff. Kevin from Trinidad & Tobago was super helpful & boasts a “mean” Sunday Roast, so go pay him & the staff a visit 🙌🔆.
Nice, clean room in hotel halfway between the airport and Luton town. Excellent location next to airport train shuttle. On site bar and restaurant means you can eat there rather than go into dreary Luton town, which I mistakenly did. Friendly staff, who also gave us a pre prepared breakfast to take with us as we had an early flight. Good value for money.
The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was very convenient (the bus to the airport is every 15-20 minutes and is 1.8 pounds per person)
If walking to the airport note that from the hotel it is quite a steep walk (about 15 minutes)
The dinner was nice.
There is a (very) minimal gym
The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were super nice. The bed was not comfortable, but sufficient for the two nights we stayed. The breakfast in the morning was great! The hotel is close to the Luton airport (which is why we stayed in Luton).
Clean and convenient hotel, walking distance from Luton airport. An excellent solution for late night flights. Large and quiet room, excellent shower, good breakfast - everything needed to rest after a flight and before moving on to London.
Lots of reviews have marked this hotel down because of the location, but it’s in Luton town centre and they can’t change that, if you need Luton town centre then it’s clean, comfortable and cheap, breakfast is tasty and plentiful
The location is very good. Is just in the center of Luton , everything is close by - Luton mall , different shops and restaurants. And it’s close to Luton airport either. English breakfast was very good and the meals are huge !!
Nice and cheap hotel for overnight stay if you have early morning flight from Luton airport. 2 minute walk from Luton rail station. Room was small, but ok. Recepcionist was very nice and polite. Recomended for short stay.
This is a clean and comfortable hotel well situated to Luton Airport, superb rail and motorway links 30 minutes into central London.
Very good breakfast to start your day too!
lovely owner of accommodation. Close to Luton airport for flight. nice comfy bed. Everything you need especially if looking for a cheap cheery hotel before flight.
