The house is set in an olive grove perched in the hill and only 6 kms from the beach and 5 km to nearest town of Pietrasanta .The setting is ideal for a relaxed holiday though only a stone's throw from civilisation .In the grounds there are plenty corners to tuck yourself in if you want privacy and tranquility such as hammocks , big day beds and loungers .From the panoramic terrace and olive grove every day the sunset amazes us with its wonderful ever changing colours .

Neighborhood info

Being set in the hill the place is ideal for walks , hikes and bike rides .If history and art are your passions , Pisa , Lucca and Carrara 's marble quarries are all 30 minutes or short of an hour the latter away from the house .If driving a car is out of the question you can always walk to a veru good restaurant 10 minutes away in the hill next to ours.The beach is 10 minutes driving away and if widerness is waht you are looking for with 20 minutes drive you can find pine wood and sand dunes or mountain trails and clesar water streams.
