Vila do Conde is located 28 Km north of the city of Porto. By Metro connection between the cities takes 35 minutes. It is a city historically linked to the Discoveries of the fifteenth century. It has a monumental heritage, gastronomic and cultural vast. The Short Film Festival held in July is one of the most internationally known activities. The house is in the historic city center, 10 minutes walk from the metro station and the beach. The typology of the house is a 3 bedroom, with capacity for 5 persons, living room, study, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and outdoor space with 50m2, which can make outdoor dining.
