We recommend a vehicle to go up and down the community. The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. 30 minutes from Barcelona, ​​20 minutes from the airport. House protected from the wind. Very quiet area, the hill protects. Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms fan in Chillout & Lounge. 3 floors: complete floor (living room, terraces, chill-out, pool), 1st floor (full equipped room, dinning room with terraces, 2 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds), 2nd floor (Suite with dressing room and bathroom + 1 bedroom - double bed + single bed or 2 single beds - + 1 bathroom). Villa Altavista is in Sitges in Levantina Area. This area is surrounding sitges and is at 100 meters high. Protected from high wind, but always a small brize from the sea. Levantina is a quite area, with high design villas. The sitges Nautic port is at 2 kms: Bares, Restaurantes, Boats, and lot of activities. Beaches are at 2 kms too. Center of Sitges: 4 kms: 15 minutes walking. Carefour Super-Markets at 1,5 kms. Very quiet, 2 minutes drive from the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants within 2 minutes. You can walk but in the heat a car is recommended. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Payment can be made by credit card (Comision 3%) or by bank transfer (No costs). - Late checkin: From 20:00 to 24:00. + 45 euros - Late checkin: From 24:00: + 70 euros. -Additional cleaning costs 350 euros/week. - Tourist tax: 1 euros/Adult/Day for the first 7 days. - In low season: Supplement heating and electricity 300 euros / week.
