Wauw - what a nice place. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. Very clean, very modern equipment. We watched the sunset out of the balcony of one window side and the sunrise on the other. The view on the water castle of Bourtzi in the Argolic gulf is breathtaking. The reception provided even beach towels for the beach which is in walking distance from the Guesthouse. We loved the breakfast, a buffet with homemade bakeries and local food beautifully presented and cared for by the chef and his team.

Nafplio is a lovely and picturesque town, with lots of good restaurants and shops. It's in a lovely setting, and there are a fair few things to see and visit in the town itself, while it also makes a great base for exploring the rest of the Peloponnese. The only thing it lacks is a top quality beach, which is perhaps just as well or it would be overflowing with tourists!

Party town!
Plenty of choice for eating out. Cafes and wine bars. From the cheap to the expensive up market restaurants. Quality of food excellent and cheap.
Great community market every Wednesday and Saturday. If you have a kitchen this is the place to shop.
An abundance of various shops, souvenirs, clothing, jewellery and the like.
Good nearby beach and sightseeing of ruins.

although nafplio itself is not large, especially if you stick to the old town which is the most interesting part it is a good base for local tours either with a bus/ktel, affordable taxi or a car. We would have liked to at least check out Epidavros as well and a near by monastery. if you plan to visit nearby sites without basing your self in nafplio 2 days is plenty other wise 4 days to fit Mycenae and Epidavrus

3 nights max is perfect for Nafplio during the winter season. The city is beautiful, the Venesian forst was fabulous and the food is good. The only issue I have with the city is the terrible smell, air quality that seems to start around 5pm and continues until about 8 pm.

A great place with lots of history and plenty of places to eat. Very quaint in the old town and as the tourist season runs throughout the year, it was still having things open during December.
The castle’s are well worth a visit and the shops in the old towns are very much craft related.
It’s not expensive to eat out and it’s well worth a visit but it’s not a very big town so about 3 days would be enough. If you stayed longer, it would be as a base to explore all the old heritage sites located within a hours drive. Definitely get a hire car as no train comes out this far. We flew in to Athens which is a 2 hour drive on the motorway.
This lovely hotel is right in the heart of Nafplio and just a 5 minute walk from the free marina parking. It is run by a wonderful, helpful, and very friendly staff, who will give you excellent recommendations and interesting history. Our triple room was large and nicely decorated. Air conditioning was also excellent. We were a quick walk from shops and restaurants-but the street was very quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and offered many yummy choices, both hot & cold. We are looking forward to returning again.
This place is worthing much more than 10.
As enjoyable on our sixth visit as our first.
Capital Suites is a hidden gem located in the best part of the new city of Nafplion. Always free parking space, car charger ,Eco-friendly boutique city hotel, zero waste breakfast, outstanding facilities, swimming pool with sea water. Breakfast is unbelievably good.
But the most enjoyable thing is the lovely team of Capital Suites ( Mr. Evangelos , Mrs. Marianna, Mrs. Maria) . We thank you for the amazing experiences. We will be back soon.
A lovely little hotel. It was one of the most memorable places we stayed during our 3-week travel in Greece. Our room was at the third floor, spacious and charming with a full kitchen and a lovely balcony facing to the sea. The balcony had installed with the ropes and clips for drying clothes.
The Mr. owner helped us to order a taxi taking us to the top of the Palamidi Fortress (10 euro one way).
Great location - inside the old town near a free public car park. Try to come early in the day to get a space.
The hotel is beautiful. The lobby was bright and spacious. The breakfast was in fact, delicious -- with home made pastries and coffee to order. The room was a bit dark in spite of having 3 windows/doors. The bathroom had a tub/shower enclosed jacuzzi -- but it was overly complicated.
I would stay again -- perhaps in a room with a different bathroom set up. Nafplio is a wonderful small walkable town with great restaurants and shopping. A nice way to spend the last night of our 3 week stay in Greece.
Very clean, brand new and stylish apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes away from Nafplio centre, and at a very fair price.
Having stayed in various apartments all over Greece, I have to admit that the hospitality of these hosts exceeded expectations and was unlike anything we have experienced before. Very kind, helpful and proactive. A nice apartment alone means nothing without a proper host to run it. Will visit for sure in the near future, 100% deserves it.
This hotel is at a good location on top of a small hill by the edge of the old town of nafplio. Near the hotel there are public parking spaces, but the spots are quite limited. The room we stay has many windows facing the direction of the sea. But outside window there is a house block you view, you can only see the sea a bit when you stand at a specific point.
The host of the property is very helpful when checking and solving our wifi issues.
An exceptional apartment in the heart of beautiful Nafplio. What is there not to love!? The location is perfect - walking distance from everything you could need. The apartment is tastefully set up with brilliant facilities throughout. Takis is kind and an excellent host. We spent our days driving to secluded beaches and evenings strolling the old town. Nothing will top the sunset walks around the headland. We would visit again and again.
This is a superb place to stay. The building is stylish and very comfortable and the location ideal for exploring Nafplio. However, it is the welcome, and detailed information from Akis and his mother that makes this such a standout place to stay. That and the breakfasts - probably the best in Greece (or anywhere!}. Would happily recomend and we will be back..
A lovely period hotel in a quiet street in the beautiful old town, close to the castle and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast with home made cakes and spanakopita, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms had an attractive faded elegance. The bed was the most comfortable we had anywhere in Greece.
The hotel is wonderful. It was very clean and everything was in our room. The bathroom was spotless, there were even slippers. Shower was exceptional. Bed and sheets were spotless. Breakfast on the rooftop was one of the best.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating as I enjoyed the room so much we stayed another night.
The best hotel among all in our two-week visit to Greece. Room was excellent, location is quiet yet close to restaurants and shops, and it had a great view of the old town also. Breakfast was a generous bounty, and staff were all friendly, helpful and professional.
The common areas of the hotel are fantastic. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds were good, not great. The service by employees, in particular the bar, restaurant and pool employees were top notch. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced.
Lestel apartments are a typical boutique hotel in Nafplio. The room is nicely furnished, also with a small kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area that can be used by all apartments in the building. Also, the view of the castle was really nice.
Top-notch location to visit the old town of Nafplio, 1 min walk to the seaside and 10 min walk to the beach.
Newly decorated house with all the stuff listed, easy access to all the restaurants and bars.
the host was amazing . the service and the way we were treated was one the the best ever . Angie and the other lady at the front desk made our trip to naflio one of the best times we had in Greece .
Beautiful ambience. It was the definition of a luxury boutique hotel. A small relaxing treat much needed for our family of four. Both kids loved the spacious room and their comfortable beds.
A quiet, nicely decorated hotel, with great location steps away from the town center, beautiful view, helpful staff, and one of the best breakfasts we had in Greece.
the hotel is in a great place in the old city of nafplio, the room is gorgeous with amazing view
there is a free parking place near
very close to the castle
