Paleochori Studios, hotel in Paliochori

Set just a few yards away from the sandy beach of Paleochori, this Cycladic-style complex offers traditional accommodations with a well-equipped kitchenette and free Wi-Fi access.

Staff were lovely. You need a car to get here. Other rooms are pretty close by, so did not feel any real privacy. You could walk to Paleochori beach in 10 minutes, but no shops - nearest store/supermarket is 30 minutes away, so bring supplies! There is a restaurant at the beach which is good enough for a light meal

Stunning views, amazing family who owns the property treated us like family (Efi & Temus), room was good size & had all that we need, cleaning staff was friendly & hospitable. We loved everything about our room with a pool — we loved sitting/laying out there! We got an immaculate, affordable rental car thru the hotel & they handed us the keys at the airport.

This is one of the best beaches on the Island, so worth the drive there or a 2-3 day stay to relax. Clear, shallow, protected, great for swimming and for walking and enjoying the bay view. There is one fine dining restaurant and one simple Taverna. Unfortunately at this time there are no beach beds on the beach.

We've stayed 4 nights in Milos, was suppose to be 5 but our airplane couldn't land because of the winds so we lost 1 night. I think 5 days would have been better than 4 to really get to see everything and have more time to relax on the beach. Otherwise, you are running out of time if you wish to fully see the island. Paliochori beach is nice but not the most beautiful beach (although it is rated no. 1). The beach was sandy, and sandy also when you enter the water. The overall scenery wasn't as exceptional as people would say if you have travelled a lot to other places in the world. We did find Fyriplaka beach way better in terms of scenery. It was our favorite beach. Beautiful backdrop, nice sand, easy to enter the water, very shallow.

The beach was beautiful and clean.

The beach was beautiful and clean. The food at Taste the Heat on the beach was great. My only critique is that the sou lounges were a bit overpriced. I think some sort of discount or alternative should be provided for hotel guests.
