This is a beautiful and peaceful property. We had everything we needed at the property. We stayed in September and whilst the day was hot, the evenings were cooler. The owners advised on how to keep the property cool and it worked. Also there is a fan if you might need it. The pool area is heavenly. Gorgeous views. Recommended.

Shlomi and Ilana are wonderful and kind hosts who are delightful to spend a spring evening with on the terrace tasting their beautiful wine, discussing the colours of Umbria and humanity's place in nature. A beautiful place to relax amid well kept gardens and natural beauty in the Umbrian countryside. The sweeping sunset views at poolside were spectacular, and the cool evening wind made for great sleeping at night even in August. The apartment was perfect. The hosts were informative and friendly and respected our privacy. This is a great central base for day trips to the nearby towns of Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto, and Bagnoregio. We visited all of them during our stay. And thanks for the wine tasting of your recent vintages.

Casarciccia is definitely a must, a place to spend some days or, if you are lucky, weeks. The photos on booking are catchy but the estate and the houses are even better. We’ve been to many places before, spend summers in Italy, but Casarciccia is the top on our list. After leaving we have decided to come back and spread the news that we’ve had a week in paradise. The hosts are very nice people, helpful and inspirational, not pushy but open to any questions, and they are ready to share their lives, experiences, stories and fantastic bioorganic red wine. When you swim in their spectacular pool with a fantastic view on the Umbrian countryside and their absolutely perfect house, you do feel what this couple shows to their visitors: life is and should be wonderful. Go!

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes historisches Gut in herrlicher Aussichtslage, günstig gelegen zur Erkundung der umliegenden, sehenswerten Orte. Unser Apartment (Ridolfi Terrazza) war mit sehr viel Geschmack ausgestattet, hatte Stil, was man auch vom ganzen Anwesen sagen kann - man spürt halt überall das Händchen von Ilana. Die reizenden Gastgeber sind sehr zugewendet und hilfsbereit, haben uns richtig verwöhnt. Shlomi und Ilana haben uns mit einer Führung samt Weinverkostung samt Leckerbissen in die Geheimnisse des Weinbaus und der Kelterung eingeführt. Auch erfuhren wir Interessantes über die Historie des Hauses und seine Renovierung. Und nicht zu vergessen: die unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge!! Es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Herzlichen Dank an Euch beide, liebe Ilana und Shlomi - wir kommen gern wieder!
