Property info

Limoncello a former fisherman home, is 300 mt from village centre at only 60 steps to climb down. Perfect base for escaping the town noises and immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, close to the nearby beach La Gavitell Casa Limoncello is centrally located in the village of Praiano and features Free WiFi and A/C. Ideal for a couple or a family up to 4 guests. It is within walking distance to stores, bars, restaurants and public transportation and most important, the house is just above the beach La Gavitella! The home is equipped with basic furnishings and accommodations. It is fully air conditioned, outdoor terrace with table and chairs to enjoy eating under the stars or sun bathing. The first floor is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and washing machine for your convenience. There is a dining room with table and chairs if you wish to dine home while watching a flat screen television and a sofa (it is not a bed and cannot be used as one). Second floor, consists of a double bedroom with a balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds (we are unable to convert the beds into a double), and a full bathroom. This vacation property is the perfect location for Praiano!

Neighborhood info

You are very close to restaurants and bars in town. You can reach those in a pleasant 5 minutes walk. In season the lovely bar Mirante is almost at your door and serves the best cocktails in town in the most beautiful location with amazing sunsets
