The moment we arrived we were met with friendly faces and great service. Everyone made sure we were having a great time always. They even packed us a lunch since our flight was at 6am and we had to drive for an hour to the airport. Appreciated the attention to detail and the good was amazing as well.

There are three pools (one indoor) and the private beach across the road, so you can always find a space to sit and enjoy.

The place is very close to the old town (15m walk) and it's located straight on the boardwalk.

Very friendly staff made sure that all was great. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. The cheif asked if there was anything missing that he could provide for us.... all the staff work very hard and i hope the management know that and give them all a pay raise! All was perfect - location near the sea and not far from Rethymno city. Nice renovated room, view from the balcony etc.
But best of all was Cretan kitchen. Supper in hotel restaurant was rich (a large number of traditional local dishes). Where else could you have tried them all :) And it was all included in the price
