The stuff is very friendly and helpful. I want to say "thank you" to Marco for the great help with the every question and especially with my luggage. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel location - Ski in /Out which is great. Ski Room - free of charge It is not advantage or disadvantage for me, but you have to know that you have to use the shuttle service (service ends at 19:00) if you want to go to the City (or walk more than kilometer, or use taxi)
