This traditional Sardinian house by the sea is located in a private community. It comes with a large outdoor patio and offers DIRECT access to the sandy beach from the spacious garden. From the Master Bedroom balcony you feel like you are actually in the beautiful blue mediterranean below. The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night! The air conditioned, 3 bedroomed property, offers 3 bathrooms. A separate garden chalet, houses one of the ensuite bedrooms. The main house, offers a large living room with flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining room, leading to the patio, where you can also enjoy outdoor dining. The property offers a built-in BBQ and you can enjoy a warm outdoor shower on your return from the beach. Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs are available at the property. Please note the extra charges: * A 300 Euro deposit is to be paid in cash on Check-In to cover any damage. This will be returned on Check-out if there are no damages. * Bed linens and house towels are provided @ 10 Euros a night. To be paid in cash on Check-In. After each 7 day period they will be changed. * A 250 Euro contribution to the final cleaning is to be paid in cash to your hostess on Check-Out.
Villa Belinda is 7KM from Chia, a 10minute drive from Pula and Cagliari is only 44km away. Within walking distance there are restaurant opportunities in addition to those that are actually on the beach.
