Enjoy a dream vacation in this beautiful and comfortable apartment with terrace and lovely balconies. Its lovely decoration and small details will welcome you to a great stay in Barcelona. The wonderful sunny terrace will become your favorite place thanks to its sun beds, table, sofa, chairs and various bamboos that add a tropical touch. This apartment is perfect for two families who want to share their vacation, but at the same time have privacy. With two completely independent spaces, each with its own kitchen. Ideal for large families or a group of friends, it can accommodate 12 people.

Neighborhood info

These apartments are located on Ronda Universidat Street, in the Eixample district, which is best known for its architecture, exclusive boutiques, restaurants and cafés. Only few minutes away from Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia, the most exclusive shopping area of the city. The area's nightlife is spread quite evenly through its streets, though, and the atmosphere never gets raucous at night. Also, with a walking distance you can find the Gothic Quarter, one of the most historic and best preserved neighbourhoods in all of Spain. The site of an original Roman town, the narrow alleyways and hidden squares which you see now principally date from medieval times. The area itself is a perplexing maze of narrow alleyways and enchanting squares which has changed very little over the centuries. Normally full of life, the Barri Gotic offers a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops for all tastes and budgets. The subway station Universitat is just 3min far by walking and will allow you to easily reach every point of interest of the city.
