Clean, large room and very friendly owners. We had dinner at their restaurant as well and it was excellent, home cooked food. Breakfast was also perfect, especially as we were walking the way of St Francis, they had fruit, meat, bread, cheese and really good homemade yogurt. This was a great stay!

The staff was really trying to solve all the issues and they were very patient and welcoming the problem is the structure does not have enough staff to deal with the amount of people, though I have to say they tried to solve all the problems and make us feel better.

Amazing host! Carlo was so professional and welcoming! He recommended great local restaurants. House was super clean and had all necessary amenities. Delicious coffee, washer and dryer, and great blow dryer! House had air conditioning!
The village was quaint. We enjoyed the local restaurant and local bakery. A few steep roads on walk to village. A visit to Farfa recommended. You will need a car. Station to Rome is about 25 minute drive away. Good rail links to Rome, better than UK! Nice waterfall at Marmore .
