It was a reasonably priced place, with the ability to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano easily.
While the garage was a little difficult to use, since cars had to be in by evening, there was free parking very close by. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

30 minute drive to parking on the outskirts of Florence. We had planted to do day trips which we did but 3 minutes after check in I didn’t want to leave. Onsite restaurant was amazing for 2 dinners in 3 days.

Impruneta is actualy the suburb of Florence, 20-30 min away from centre of the city. It is close to road Florence-Siena, perhaps it is little bit noisy but for us it was great to easy reach many destination in Toscana in short time. The Host recommended us some restaurants in the vicinity and in Florence, and we found many nice restaurants in the cities we visited.

Poor customer service. Especially in the wine sales area. Sent an email with regards the box used to package my three bottles of wines purchased from them,which burst from the bottom after a few hours, and I lost my wines.....they never replied nor acknowledged my email.I was totally ignored!

We had booked the suite and enjoyed the space and luxurious atmosphere in the hotel. The chef and staff are excellent. I would return for everything, the pool, the hospitality, and for sure the food. You can also visit the cellar or stroll in the little gardens the chef uses to grow tomatoes or the field with olive trees. They organised an apero with live music with local musicians as well. Good location to visit main cities of interest in Tuscany.

Our apartment was in a building with a few others, with a nice view of a pool and Tuscany fields. Modern design, very clean and fresh furniture. Special thanks for very very comfortable beds and pillows! The staff is extremely helpful, we had a few requests which were seamlessly and quickly solved. We came by car and visited Firenze a few times. If you plan to do the same, I recommend parking at Pacheggio Beccaria and doing food shopping at Coop.fi Gaviana.

We asked to stay for a second night and were offered the same room. The restaurant was large, comfortable and the food was excellent. Our dog was accepted in the hotel, breakfast room and restaurant without any compromises. Highly recommended.
