Everything was good. From the room to the food that we have ordered. I was for a business trip and I will definitely go again to visit the Legoland and will use the same hotel. The diner was very good. !

Everythink in Günzburg was excellent. Easy to get there by train. Cosy center with lovely coffee an ice shops and resturants. We stayed in the hotel Goldene Traube three nights. We had a regular breakfast at the Reissler bakery (caffee, brezel, cakes..). We enjoyed pizzas and minestrone soups in Guntia pizzeria- very friendly to kids. Soups, kaesepaetzle, Maximillian's gulash, salats, kinderschnizel and apple fritters in brasserie Maximillan's at Marktplatz would recommend. Ice cream in Eiscafe numero Uno was dream for kids. And Legoland was above expectations: great fun for kids, but also for adults! Legoland was also easy accesable by a shuttle bus from train station.

We went there just for Legoland.
We went there just for Legoland. However we did try one Vietnamese restaurant (Schnell Restaurant Pham) and we like it so much we stuck with it! The three days we were there we ate only at Mrs Pham's!
Getting around the town on foot is easy.
Next time I would avoid renting an ev. This process of finding a way to pay for the charging of your electirc car is a nightmare for those not familiar with how this thing works in Germany and even worst for people like me that do not speak German.

Günzburg, a small town on the Danube has a delightful old central area with a thousand years of history. I knew absolutely nothing about it before, but spent three days on my own to kill time before travelling from a meeting here in the restored Castle - Schloss Reisensburg, on a hill overlooking the Danube, to another meeting in Italy. The Hotel Hirsch was a lucky choice, being right in the centre of the old town, where many of the buildings and views have been carefully restored with respect for their renaissance or baroque history. You can take a guided tour to visit the spectacularl rococo cathedral, and learn why it appears to be joined at the hip to a secondary school. It's a beautiful example of Zimmerman's architecture, with an interesting backstory. Look at the houses on the line of the old city walls, whose upper floors project successively further over the street below, and discover why one of the surviving towers on the city wall is called the Kuhturm (cow tower). For lots more information and relics of its period under the Romans and when it was in Austria under the Habsburgs, as well as more recent times, I can recommend the Heimatmuseum, but it's only open on Sunday afternoons. For dinner I got lucky in two of my three choices. Almost opposite the hotel is an excellent Greek restaurant called Platia, and a couple of blocks away an amazing Italian restaurant called Backstube at Ηοfgasse 21. I wouldn't bother with a couple of others which appeared on the web to be good.

Typical german town with a small old town.
Typical german town with a small old town. Nice old houses around Marktplatz.
It was hard to find a decent coffee/breakfast location. Lots of empty locations, probebly due to Covid.
If you want to visit Legoland, Günzburg is a very good place to stay. Its only about 9 Minutes by car away.

the hotel was in a very pleasant street with coffee shops and bars etc with local interests within easy reach, a very pleasant stay all round.
we ate our evening meal in the hotel and were very happy with the quality of the meal.
We stayed in Legoland resort for two nights, and one night in this hotel. Because Legoland resort was too expensive! Surprisingly we remained even more satisfied with this hotel! The location is 5 minute drive from Legoland. The family room is big, clean and comfortable. The staff speaks better English than the staff in Legoland resort. The breakfast is delicate and delicious! They even offer decaffeinate coffee. We will definitely consider this hotel the next time that we come back to Legoland.
It was a great experience to be in this beautiful and unique Hotel in Günzburg. The staff were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects including the hotel room management!
It’s very good to Stay in this hotel when one needs to visit LEGO LAND Deutschland. The distance is not far with a car or bus.
We Stayed in EuroHotel for 3 days and really enjoyed it!
We didn’t have time to enjoy their wonderful decorated breakfast but we wish to manage it next time!
Great spot if you are planning a trip to Legoland. Conveniently located to both the park and downtown. The hosts were helpful and available to answer any questions. The studio was modern and comfortable as well as extremely clean. A highlight for our 8 year old was the owners small dog who greeted us at our door in the morning. Highly recommend!
Uzay was very flexible and very supportive all the time.
The apartment is great, very new, enough space for family and nice bathroom, perfect for those visiting Legoland and also Metzingen (Outlet City) at same period of time.
Close to the park and markets, will be back for sure when coming to this region for more than 1 day.
The room was spacious and location was great! 10-12 minute walk from the train station which made it very easy to get to/from Legoland! Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes as well. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff were very friendly! There’s even a little kids play area out front. Highly recommend:)

The apartments are well located, city centre of Günzburg and very close to Legoland. It was the only hotel offering two bedrooms at such price, very convenient for families.
The bare minimum you expect from a hotel was there. The breakfast was good.
Great location. Easily walkable to the downtown area and less than a 15 minute drive to Legoland. Plenty of beds for our family. The house was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Self check-in was very nice and easy to do.
The location was pretty good. It was around the main city area and was a 20 minute walk from the train station, if you are arriving my train. Also a 10 minute bus ride to Legoland as well. The room was clean and comfy for a few nights stay.
Excellent location for a short trip to Legoland. The hotel is located in the centre of Gunzburg, the streets are very nice for a walk. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, I recommend this hotel!
Breakfast is not included, anyway the café is just at the ground floor of the same building. After all the hotel is located at the middle of the shopping area with many café and restaurant in vicinity.
central location, easy access (once you find the door), can easily walk to stores nearby. Parking was in the platz. plenty of space inside. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Not far to Legoland.
Location is very suitable for visiting Legoland, it is 20 minutes to walk.
There are no shops arround, you need a taxi to travel to Gunzburg as the closest transport point.
automatic check in was no problem, the hotel has self service drinks a place to eat your takeaway supper which was great because we travelled with children
