Eric-Pascal, architect, and myself, Nicolas, live in Pourville-sur-Mer. Passionate about the sea and nature, we built Villa Quartz in 2008/2009 on the cliff. A titanic project that we are happy to share with our guests, who occupy our 5 lodges on the ground floor, this magical and extraordinary place, with a sea view every minute! In 2014, we invested and renovated another villa in front of the sea, always in Pourville: the Carré Vue Mer.

The CARRE Vue Mer is a villa located in a grandiose and intimate setting, under the maritime pines, near the Villa Quartz, and 300 meters from the sea at Pourville-sur-Mer, south of Dieppe. It welcomes you in a beautiful space of 130 m2, with living room, fully equipped kitchen and 3 luxury design rooms **** on an exceptional site, with an extraordinary view of the sea, the beach and the cliffs of Côte d'Albâtre. .. The CARRE Vue Mer can be rented according to 2 formats: - in total (130 m2) with its 3 bedrooms for 4 to 6 people (with living room and kitchen). - in partial format (110m2) with 2 bedrooms (with living room and kitchen) for 2 to 4 people, The Carré Vue Mer will surprise you with its contemporary glass and steel architecture, which points to the sky, following the ancestry of the pines. A perfect place to relax in complete fullness, to be pampered, eyes plunging into the sea to the horizon, while keeping your head on the pillow.
