I went to art school and graduated as graphic designer. My family moved between Italy, UK and South America for a many years and finally settled in Monterosato a few years ago. I was personally involved in the planning and design of the extensive renovation of the Country House. I enjoy arts, antiques, landscaping, architectural design and show-jumping horses that we stable at the equestrian canter within the property. I speak Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese and I look forward to host you at Monterosato Country House.

Property info

Monterosato Country House offers high standards of hospitality in elegant and sophisticated settings, quality of service and accommodation, privacy and unobstructed views from all sides of the property. The villa is extensively decorated with paintings, many by the landlady, and selective furniture from around the world that makes the property one of a kind. The location is secluded and very quiet, though restaurants, beaches and nightlife are at short driving distance. The equestrian center features two sand arenas, a round pen and offers professional tuition.

The region has impressive art, architecture and history heritage ranging from the 11th century and sophisticated cultural traditions. Renowned towns, landmarks and villages offer great tourist destinations within 10 to 45 minutes’ drive time from the property. Fine arts and antique fairs, historic parades, theatres and music events as well as culinary festivals are frequent, especially in the summertime. Local cuisine, wines and olive oil are among the most valued in Italy. A great choice of restaurants, pubs and live music venues is available within 5 to 15 minutes’ drive time. Fashion designers factory outlets such as Prada, Todd's, Paciotti, Nero Giardini, Lory Blu and many other are within 30 minutes’ drive. Sandy beaches, yacht marina, clay tennis courts and a 9 holes golf course are 15 minutes away. A 18 holes golf course is 45 minutes away. Rome is 250km away: if you plan to visit during your stay, there are convenient bus rides that will get you in the city center in about 3.5 hours.
