There are restraints nearby where you can eat delicious Pinchos, so it was quite easy to get to. It was incredibly quiet from night to morning. Yes, there was no noise at all. I never once felt like I was in an unsafe place.
Next time I'll try taking the bus.

San Sebastian is really a great city for views: you have 2 mountains accessible on foot with great views on the bay (concha), the city and the ocean. There is also nice architecture (Art Nouveau), a great basque history/art museum (San Telmo) and a maritime museum with an aquarium.
And there is a great beach for surfing (Zurriola). So on the boulevards you can see side by side a surfer with surfboard and a very smartly dressed couple walking toward the Kuursaal.

Parks and beaches are beautiful.
Parks and beaches are beautiful. Food at some bars and restaurants is phenomenally good! I didn’t have time to visit museums, but I expect they are up to the quality of other aspects of public life. And people on the street and in the bars seemed to be enjoying themselves a lot. (Although everyone seems to love a holiday weekend.)

The city is pretty and clean.
The city is pretty and clean. The food is excellent and varied leaning heavily to sea food. It is easy enough to walk around, there is taxi service for some of the attractions not downtown e.g. the stadium. Let me say, however, it is not as inexpensive as other places in Spain. Food can be pricey, especially some of the sampling meals in the restaurants. My Spanish is pretty okay, but, believe me Basque is not at all similar, fortunately, most menus, etc. are written in Spanish, French and English as well. The people are friendly and will work with you.

Beautiful city with amazing beaches, charming architecture, tons of amazing spots for pintxos, and a laid-back vibe. Public buses worked fine and there were taxis readily available during the day, but it's small enough to walk almost anywhere.

Loved San Sebastian and will return.
Loved San Sebastian and will return. Apartment was really well placed for the beach - pity we didn't see there was beach chairs till we were packing to leave. Very spacious and airy and good for drying clothes in the little courtyard - could have done with having some info leaflets about SS. We took a boat to the island and the atmosphere there was amazing - I would definitely recommend!
All staff were extremely hospitable and had a great attention to detail. Friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful regarding details on hotel and what activities and things to do in the area. Felt like I was visiting a friend’s personal home. Location was ideal. Far away enough from city to enjoy nature but close enough to get to old town area quickly and easily via bus stop directly in front of hotel. Room was extremely and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit San Sebastián.
Very central location but yet a quiet street. Modern accommodation on first floor..Short walking distance from the bus station and to the old town. Ana was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable, has an excellent modern bathroom cleaned daily and fresh towels left. It was nice to have a fridge too and tea/ coffee facility. This Pension deserves more than 2* and the room was better than some 3 star hotels we have stayed in Spain.
Loooved this cute hotel!! It is in excelente condition very clean and pretty!! The location is perfect because you are not in the hustle and bustle of town, but town is super close!! I really felt like I was at a chalet in the mountains and it felt like being in a family house! Would recommend to everyone visiting San Sebastián! Nora at the front desk took her time to recommend places to see!! Can’t wait to go back!
This was a very well located hotel, close to the beach and the old town. The fact that it was once a convent was evident in the reception area and bar, which provided an unusual touch. The rest of the hotel was beautifully updated. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was truly outstanding, one of the best we had during our road trip in Spain. The staff were very helpful, with some exceptions.
The apartment is newly renovated hence everything is nice and clean. The bathroom / shower is upper end Hotel quality. Smart TV with many apps like YouTube, streaming etc. to mention, house has elevator. Rooms are lovely decorated. Location is perfect, basically 5 min walk to the beach and old town. Arrival / departure well managed. No waiting times. Would book it anytime again if I am at San Sebastián.
Nice little hotel with views of the ocean. You can walk to downtown and back along the boardwalk -takes30 minutes each way. The restaurant downstairs is good for quick coffee and snacks. Staff are very helpful and showed us where we can park overnight for free.
We enjoyed San Sebastián and that was in large measure thanks to Hotel Ezeiza.
This is a 2 star property, so the front desk not being 24/7 and the lack of services (ie, no bar on site) were expected. My room was great (on par with most four star hotels) and even had a coffee/tea station. Location was great, too! Would definitely consider staying here again next time I am in San Sebastian
The facilities are amazing, totally feels like a 5-star hotel. The room was perfect, big, good taste, very comfortable. Outside the room absolutely perfect too and with superior staff. Delicious and complete breakfast. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, anywhere in the world.
Great location for the old town.
We were in San Sebastian for the marathon so it is perfect as it's <200m from the start/finish line.
We had a spacious room, even though it was their basic double. The room and hotel was modern and clean yet elegantly decorated with some antiques.
The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!
The Hotel was absolutely beautiful and very stylish. The location was perfect for easy walking access to old town and beach.
The staff in the hotel were exceptional and created a very relaxed atmosphere within the hotel.
Very good location close to main shopping area and only 10 minute walk San Sebastian's main beach Playa de la Concha. Clean spacious room and decent sized bathroom. Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating to our needs.
A very modern hotel, a little bit away from the center of the city, so there is no noise whatsoever. Close to the beach and a very pleasant walk to anything you would want to explore in San Sebastián/Donostia.
Our room was very comfortable, the bath was a big advantage. Hotel's staff was really nice and they were all speaking English (which is not so obvious in Spain). Really good price for such a comfortable room.
Best location in San Sebastián. Right on the boardwalk of La Concha Beach. Steps away from everything. Fantastic hotel! Highly recommend you get the sea view room. The views are spectacular.
We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are nice and modern. The spa is really nice. The location is very good, a short walk to the beach and old town. I'll definitely stay again!
Beautiful spacious quiet room. Staff very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast, and location is perfect! Best hotel so far after two weeks in Spain. Would recommend to anyone.
Clean and basic hotel with good aircon. A nice 30 min walk to the old town which is a good point in its favour - gets your steps in! Free parking which seems rare in Spain.
Beautiful hotel - modern and very comfortable.
Easy walk to the old town and the beach.
Many restaurants nearby plus the hotel restaurant was very good.
