The large villa Forti 57 enjoys a privileged seafront position with astonishing sea views where you can often see the yachts on their way to the Cala D'Or marina. On the ground floor there is a long lounge and a raised dining space with several sets of double doors to access the sea-facing covered terrace. The kitchen that is spacious, counts with a small breakfast table and a larder. French doors lead out to a side covered terrace with a brick-built barbecue and built-in seats. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing area and double doors onto the sea-terrace. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms that open out onto the terrace looking over the sea. One of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a separate family bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited timetable. For the season 2024 improvements indoors are underway.
