Seapoint Boutique Hotel Mauritius is a wonderful choice for adults seeking a cozy and tranquil retreat. The hotel's intimate atmosphere, nestled amidst lush greenery, offers a peaceful and comfortable stay. We rave about the beautiful reef and stunning views from the beach, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling enthusiasts. The à la carte dinner is a highlight, featuring delicious and flavorful dishes reminiscent of those found in top-tier restaurants. Very welcome and helping staff. Overall, I highly recommend Seapoint Boutique Hotel for a relaxing getaway with excellent dining and snorkeling experiences.

The beaches were probably the best and the coziest at the North of Mauritius, but the village itself is too dull.. no supermarkets or even shops, no cafes or street food, no places to buy food etc. You could literally be left hungry. No attractions either. It's several kilometres away from Mon Choisy or Grand Baie, and those are much much better in terms of everyday life with amazing beaches as well.

Not a lot going on in Pointe aux Piments.
Not a lot going on in Pointe aux Piments. If you are going there I'd recommend going to one of the big hotels. That said, I didn't think the beach in that area was that nice and most of the big hotels seemed to be under construction. The public beach front was quite littered.

The beach is good for snorkelling, but with reservations.
The beach is good for snorkelling, but with reservations. There are places where it is sandy and you and your children can get in and swim. But in the plcae we went (off Victoria Beachcomber, you need to have something on your feet and use a mask or goggles....there are sharp corals and rocks very close to the shore. There are lots of fish to see close to the beach (just off Victoria 2 and the little public beach next to it. There is some live, but also lots of dead coral, and sometimes the water is a bit hazy, but lots of fish too.
You can get a bus to Pt Louis from the village - the bus goes round the opposite way to what you think - ask the locals. It takes c. an hour and costs 32 MR single.

The hotel is beside the sea. It is quite new.
The hotel is beside the sea. It is quite new. There is guest parking. The rooms are spacious. It is difficult to keep out the sand, but each apartment is cleaned daily. The staff are very welcoming, courteous and helpful. There are local shops, and small towns nearby offer alternative sources of food and drink.
You do need a car to get around Mauritius, and this hotel is a fair way from the airport.
This hotel is not on a beach, but there is a shuttle to a beach not far away.

great hotel and facilities, we stayed only two nights but it was great fun. There are activities for kids every hour, facility offers free snorkeling, they also provide equipment free of charge. Food is great, rooms are spacey. There was DJ performance one night during sun set, great experience.
The Hotel is a lovely place and the view from the balcony of the room was just amazing. The food is really good and the staff like the waiters always friendly and try to do their best in making it an awesome stay for you, even if you have special wishes.
We can walk down the beach and have fun with all the water sports such as snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing etc. All the activies were all inclusive with the room. That was even better than Hawaii. We would come and stay again.
It's a really nice hotel direct by the beach. The restaurant with the seaview is amazing. The food was tasty, there were themed evenings - for example Mauritian, where we could try Bryani. The freshly pressed pinaple juice was amazing.
What an exceptional hotel. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful; Food was amazing at every meal - we tried every restaurant and were never disappointed! Facilities were all you could ask for with so many options included.
I liked everything in the hotel , staff is very friendly , special thanks to Azizah who welcomed us and explained all the services and facilities in the hotel and special thanks to Savanti the housekeeper she was really nice to us
lovely stay, very nice spacious kitchen , dining and living room. great hosts , easily contactable.
excellent location - beach is just a short walk away and convenience store just across the road
La Margarita was closed due to lack of numbers booked. We were moved to a sister hotel Villa mon Plaisir very close by which was right on the beach. Excellent hotel, food and superb staff!
The location is great. It's a short walk from the beach. It's safe enough to jog as well. There's a pool and a bar area at the hotel. The Wi-Fi is strong throughout the property.
great location and nice small hotel feel to it. lovely pool and sea view. relaxed hotel with excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. bed was comfy with fresh linen.
