Nikos was a very good host. He made great recommendations for local places of interest. Great location with good parking. Our apartment was overlooking the ocean and hills. It had a huge deck. Very clean, traditionally decorated. We would highly recommend and would stay there again. There was a good book swap, if you had time to read with so much to do.

Τhe big BLUE stands in the west end of Myrtos village, towards a long sandy beach which spreads until the end of the local road and splits into isolated little bays. Studio No 1 - Sea (Studio with Sea View) The apartment with the shortest distance from the sea, is full of “sea flavors”. Located on the first floor and the terrace has a view of the sea and the lush garden, which the swallows choose each time to build their nests. No 2 - Blue Eye (Two-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View ) Apartment with two rooms full of “lucky blue”. Located on the first floor and the main room has a double and single bed and the sea view. The second room, with a youthful atmosphere, has a double bed and its own bathroom. Mostly for youngers. Studio No 8 - Heaven (Queen Studio with Sea View ) The elegant and ethereal apartment. From the double bed on the third floor, you feel that you fly over the Mediterranean sea. Under the pergola, in the huge terrace (15m2), Studio No 9 - Myth ( King Studio with Sea View ) The comfortable apartment on the third floor is full of golden light. In the huge terrace (15m2) with pergola, has panoramic view of sky and sea.

Neighborhood info

The beautiful village of Myrtos lies around a small bay of east - south Crete, in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A green valley covered with orange, lemon, olive and banana trees spreads to the east and, together with the location of the village up to the 35th parallel of latitude, contributed to the temperate climate of Myrtos, bearing a very mild winter of average temperature 12o C and the cool summer 30o C. This might be the reason that Myrtos is the only one place of the Mediterranean where swallows remain and settle during winter.
