The villa is a modern, luxury property designed to provide visitors with a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. The property boasts stunning sea views and is located in a prime position close to (5 min walk) the beach, shops, and restaurants. The villa features four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining areas. The property also has a private swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Villa boasts a south-facing orientation, ensuring abundant sunlight throughout the day, even during the winter months. This exceptional feature provides our guests with a fabulous opportunity to bask in the warmth of the sun and enjoy the outdoor spaces year-round.
The Villa is owned and managed by a Mallorquin married couple who live in Palma (Majorca) and believe in the importance of first-class service and the care and well-being of their guests.
The property is set on one of Mallorca´s best plots ( Boquer area ), surrounded by Puerto Pollensa Marina and with great panoramic views ( Puerto Pollensa Bay & Serra de Traumuntana ). Puerto Pollensa is a popular tourist destination on the island of Mallorca, Spain, attracting a diverse range of visitors from around the world. The town offers a range of activities and attractions, including beaches, water sports, cycling, hiking, and cultural events. The villa is south facing, surrounded by nature, enjoying mountain & sea views.
