The staff is exceptional ! Very personable and helpful. The hotel is charming and set in a little “pocket” both quiet yet close to shopping and restaurants. I love this boutique hotel. Highly recommend !!

From assistance with multiple activities and trips to fast and high-quality service every time, we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself, while not large, is beautiful and green, adorned with well-maintained antique furniture. Additionally, there are numerous additional services and activities available, allowing guests to dine or enjoy a massage without leaving the premises. The breakfasts were very good, and we especially appreciated the daily tea breaks with complimentary snacks

Just an absolutely phenomenal stay at this hotel, to the point that we were happy when our flight was delayed and we could spend extra time at the property/ enjoy one last daily tea time. Everything about the stay was perfect, from the decor (Khmer antiques and fascinating old photos and maps) to the delicious food (served on gorgeous handmade ceramics) to the thoughtful staff (including always-ready tuktuks to take you into town). A warm welcome with a delicious fresh drink and refreshing towel. Such a beautiful property within walking distance of the CBD. Safety. An equaly warm farewell with a personal escort to my taxi from Thavy; the hostess and her staff. Complementary tuk-tuk ride to the city. Imacculately clean. Complimentary bottled water throught the day. Amazing a la carte breakfast. Turn down in the evening. The swimming pool, the garden and seats outside of the large size room. Everyone is so polite and friendly . Thank you, we appreciate your hospitality.

This is a small property, with only 18 rooms, and three small buildings wrapped around a beautiful courtyard and swimming swimming pool. It is a little bit outside the downtown, which was just what we wanted the entire staff, particularly Ms. Gravy made every possible effort to make our stay comfortable and easy. They arranged transportation to and from the airport recommended a wonderful restaurant and set things up for us to check out late for our overnight flight out of Siem Reap. The rooms themselves had a wonderful older feel with all modern amenities. I have to give this place an A+.
