The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. We decided that this could be our future full time occupation in the December 2009 and we are now managing successfully a number of properties in the historic centre of Venice.

Extremely bright and large apartment in the heart of Cannaregio, canal view. Palazzina Canal is a large apartment with 5 bedrooms that can comfortably host up to10 persons. The apartment has 3 bathrooms and a large family kitchen. The living area has a large table for 10 seating and the living area has sofa’s armchairs and a large 46” smart flat TV. Internet and air conditioning is centralized and completely new like the all furnishing and house’s equipment. The bedrooms are along all the living area. The large master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower cabin and the other 2 double bedrooms can be transformed in twin bedrooms. There are other 2 bedrooms that are single but can add a bed each to make them twin. The second and third bathrooms have respectively stylish bath and a cabin shower and, as the rest of the apartment, have been completely fitted new in August 2014. The house façade has sun all day as it is exposed south and the canal is quite large but not so busy and noisy as you might expect, the double glazed windows and the centralized air conditioning that provide warm and cool allow the guests to be isolated from any external noise.

The apartment is facing the Cannaregio Canal, which was the main route into the city until the construction of a railway link to the mainland, gave the district its name (Canal Regio is Italian for Royal Canal). Few minutes walking you can find the antique jewish ghetto, with the jewish art museum and the Misericordia Rio with its characteristic "Bacaro" where you can find awesome "cicchetti" the Venetians Tapas.
