A private, pet friendly cottage for two guests in the quaint suburb of Montagu West, a mere 10 minute stroll to town. Undercover safe parking, a small secure garden, spacious private braai/ bbq area, fire wood, wifi, air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen/lounge /dining area, cosy bedroom with extra length queen bed, bathroom with a bath and shower. The cottage is not affected by eskom power outages. Escape for a weekend, or longer, to recharge your batteries and explore magical Montagu.
I am one half of a couple that own cottages in the beautiful quaint town of Montagu in the Western Cape on the route 62. I am a chef, a foodie and a Mom of two, plus two added from hubby. I love painting, gardening and reading. My husband and I love traveling and we usually choose pet friendly, self catering accommodation where we can enjoy cooking together. @thelittlegem_montagu
Montagu West is a quiet enchanting suburb with spectacular mountain views and you can enjoy a historical walk down numerous streets to spot the architectural gems. Montagu is the ideal breakaway spot from city life, it is situated in the Cape Winelands region of the Western Cape, South Africa. Known as the 'mountain mecca' of the Cape, Montagu is surrounded by the Langeberg mountain range and is best known for its orchards, rock formations, healing hot mineral springs and friendly people.
