booked 2 months in advance. place is safe because it has a rfid key for entry and exit downstairs. room was nice and clean, host was really nice as well! she asked me if i needed anything just let her know. there is also a 24 hour grocery store across the road. shops and places to eat when you exit the building. i will definitely be back here! the room is exactly how it is in the photos

It is an old and run-down building.
It is an old and run-down building. On the walkway to the room, there are several plumbing renovation spots. The door for entering the room is small. The bathroom is old and cramped. Beddings and towels are poor. I think it is overpriced for this standard.

I came to Thailand to watch a concert, the property was very close to Thunder Dome and Impact Arena (around 1-1.5 km) but it's quite far from city and less or even no tourist attractions nearby. A plus one, this area also close to Don Muaeng Int.Airport. The traffic was terrible in some area at rush hour. Need to take highway for fastest route.

We came for a race at the Impact SpeedPark and the place is just within walking distance from the venue. Its also very convenient as restaurants and 7/11 is just next door. Shopping mall is also around the corner. There are a few good restaurants by the lake. Perfect for dinner with family and friends.
