Beautifull,spacious ground floor apartment near the center of tavira,with good Feng Shui. Ideal for 4 persons.The flat has 2 rooms,both with double bed,sheets,pillows,blankets and conforters ,wardrobe,bedside tables and with window to outside. Includes a baby bed if necessary. There is a bathroom with a shower,washbasin,bidet,w.c and towels. the kitchen is full equipped: fridge combined,stove,oven,grill.,microwave,washing machine,dish wash machine,iron,citrus fruit machine,toaster,blender,nespresso coffee machine,magic wand,kettle and a area for storage. includes,cups,dishes,cutlery and all things you need to make your meals if you like it. The spacious living room has nice sofas,a reading sofa,DVD,TV with four Portugal channels and spanish channels. Includes internet wireless free and table games. For Child there is space and some toys.(There is a baby bed by request) Has heaters hob. There is cleannig service by request. The owner lives a 5 minutes and can give more information and help to solve any eventual problem that can appear. The host speaks english and french(more or less),spanish(more or less)
My name is Nuno Ribeiro,45 years old, married, a fantastic wife, two great kids and two cat. I like to travel and receive travellers,read,cinema, sun and sea. It´s essencial to receive friends and pass some time around the table with a good meal and a good red wine . The most important? family. Main aim- Around you ,try to leave the world a better place .
Despite of the apartment being near the center of Tavira is in a very quiet area\street. In front there is a supermarket and two next doors there is a pastry\coffee shop.A 50 meters there is a good fish grill restaurant ,a 100\150 meters a portuguese food take away and a good portuguese food restaurant.A five minutes walking to arrive to the old city and all services,post office, banks, local shops ,restaurants in the center ,area around Gilão river(that crosses Tavira) and lot of terraces in the gardens. Near of the fresh fish\vegetables\fruit market. A 10\15 minutes walking you can catch a boat to the beach of tavira island-one of the most beautifull of Algarve. Apartment a 350 meters to train station. A 10\15 minutes walking to bus station .Free and easy parking. There is a tourist mini bus. Possibility of renting bicycles. The aeroport is a 30\45 minutes by car. Golf courses and others beaches a 10 minutes by car. Come to feel the sun kissing your skin in Cabanas beach that was considered by the readers of the "guardian" one of best beaches of Iberian peninsula. Local tourism licence -Al100/14
