Everything was great! Convenient location on the beach, less than 10 min walk from the boat pier. There is a small shop renting snorkeling equipment right next to the resort. I saw both green and hawksbill turtles! Also, lots of corals. Overall, great location for snorkeling. The restaurant has good food. The room was clean and comfy, air conditioning was working well. I loved that the room had a big reusable water jug instead of plastic bottles.

We loved this place. Just on the beach, we had everything on hand. The food they serve is pretty good, we had a very good fresh fish dinner. The staff is friendly and our kids liked talking with them. They have a snorkelling point just in front and we have seen turtles 🤍 The manager arranged for us a taxi and fast boat. He even helped us to go to the next destination and also next one. Very professional manager.

It’s a nice oasis on this side of the island where turtles are a regular sight. But the staff, all of them especially Chriest, are the best people you could ever meet. They were all genuinely happy, warm and helpful with everything. Chriest went above and beyond to make sure our stay and travels went smoothly. It can be a little hard to tell at first glance but this is a special spot on Gili Meno. You develop friendships with other guests and there’s a surprising number of things to do on this island just be sure to give yourself more than two days (big mistake). Stay for at least a week or more. You’ll be glad you did. I miss the place and the view already. Also note: a couple of nice veggie options on the menu.

Out of all the places we stayed in Bali and the Gili isles, this was by far the best place we stayed at! The resort is on the sunrise side of the island and we woke up to watch the sunrise from our bedroom. The staff and particular the manager Chriest epitomizes hospitality. They were extremely friendly and generous and we felt looked after really well! Chriest also organized a cute romantic dinner by the beach for my wife and I. The staff accompanied us to the doctor for a brief visit. The resort was also located right in front of the turtle spot where you could snorkel literally meters from your room. They also arranged pick up and drop off for us from Padang Bai in Bali. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed, nice big window, and clean bathroom. The patio outside was also a cool spot to chill at

Breakfast is a key component that we look for when booking any place. We would highly recommend you pay extra for included breakfast everyday, it's well worth it. They provide a well-balanced nutritional meal with eggs, meat, sautéed vegetables, vegetables, fruit, fresh tropical fruit juices, lombok coffee, or tea! The room has a quaint design and is quite spacious for solo and coupled travelers, (perhaps plus a little one). The staff is exceptionally attentive to all our needs, truly going above and beyond when my partner got Bali Belly in Uluwatu. The manager even provided me a wet suite just to make me feel more comfortable about going diving. Mega-shoutout's to chriest, rivan, haris, budi, yan, leo for being so genuine, personable and providing us a tremendously comfortable experience.

The location and view from the room right at the beach/ocean. The room was very good with free water (big 20 liter thing), water cooker and fridge. There is nice snorkeling just of the beach (turtles) and its close to the harbour. Also the sun rise is amazing But the best was the manager and the staff. They were so friendly and kind. It really felt like family and we went back a couple of times after moving accomodation (because this place was sold out)

Amazing staff. Truly. I had food poisoning and couldn't get out of the room for three days. As a solo female traveler, I was lonely and scared. The staff checked on me every day and brought me ginger drinks and a cold towel with ice for my fever. They were like my family that I desperately needed! Being sick was not fun but the really appreciated the heart warming hospitality.
