The studios are set in the Olive Groves, but close all the amenities. They are fully equipped with own balconies, Air Conditioning, Mosquito Nets, cooking facilities, shower and toilet, hair dryers, Full Free WIFI, Patio and BBQ areas, Plunge Pool and Sun Deck. A welcome pack is provided FREE of charge upon your arrival. Bedding and shower towels are provided. Beach Towels, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Mats and Laundry Facilities are available on request. So come and enjoy the beautiful views and experience Greek Hospitality in this as yet unspoiled resort. The famous Fishermans Cabin Taverna and 'Butterfly Bay' are located nearby There will be someone to welcome you on your arrival. ( this is subject to normal arrival times). FULLY licensed by EOT the Greek Tourist Board and Key Rated! Wonderful and Historical Corfu. Birth place of Prince Philip, and once home to the famous author Gerald Durrell who wrote about 'Life' and the fabulous Flora and Fauna of this beautiful sub-tropical Island. The books have now been made into a Film and Television series 'The Durrells'. Agios Georgios/St George Bay is located on the North West Coast of Corfu Island. 'Melianou' meaning Honey Place, is the name of the valley where the Studios are located. They are only 3mins/300m walk away from 2kms. of sandy beach with its crystal clear waters and Water Sport facilities. The valley conveniently lies in the center of one of the most idyllic resorts, 'St Georges Bay', which is approximately 30kms from Corfu Town/Airport./Ferry Port. St Georges Bay offers the most unspoiled and spectacular scenery with its green olive clad hillsides plunging down into the sheltered sandy bay with its sapphire blue sea. It provides all the facilities for an exciting or relaxing holiday. Relax on our beautiful beach or walk and explore our breath taking countryside and the typically sleepy little Greek villages. For the more active holiday maker there is a wide choice of activities: Swimming, Scuba Diving, Water Skiing, Paragliding, Sailing, Canoeing, Windsurfing, Jet Skiing, Volley Ball, Cycling, Horse Riding,Ten-Pin Bowling Alley, Snooker/Pool Hall. For those wishing to venture further afield they can do so either by hiring a car or boat, by using the local bus service, or by organised site seeing trips. These give you the opportunity, to visit all the sites not only on Corfu but the surrounding islands, Albania and the Greek mainland. Ask the owners for Local Maps, about suggested walks, information on places of interest and nearby Beauty Spots. Such as The Castle of Angels and beautiful 'Butterfly Bay'! The resort also offers a selection of Supermarkets, Shops and very reasonable priced Tavernas, where you can sample delicious Greek and International cuisine. Some of which have entertainment, such as 'Greek Night' with traditional Greek Music and Dancing. Some also have Live Music and Disco Dancing. Other Nightlife consists of a selection of Bars. During the summer a number of Traditional Greek Festivals are held in the nearby Villages. A TRUE Greek experience not to be missed!
