Property info

Peral Cas Concos is a new construction two-storey house that enjoys a lot of natural light. It has been tastefully furnished with a fresh style, using also a few disuse pieces that have been converted into original headboards. From the hall there is access to the open living/dining room that has access to the pool area. The kitchen that is well equipped counts with a small breakfast table and a larder. A side door takes to the pool area and another to the utility area where the washing machine is. The ground floor has also a twin bedroom and a separated shower room. A stair takes to the first floor. From the landing there is access onto a terrace, an ideal private spot to relax, sunbathe or read your favourite book. This floor has three more bedrooms; double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a separated bathroom -one of the twins has access to the terrace. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room with a fixed and limited timetable.
