Very comfortable and cozy place. We got a room with the ocean view which was pretty. The room was clean, comfy and had all the facilities we needed for our stay (like stove, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, dishes, etc.). The location was awesome with a short walk to the promenade. It was also close to the Funchal city center, it took us only 6 minutes to get there by car. There were also many cafes, restaurants and stores nearby. The neighborhood area was safe, family friendly and quiet. The free parking was available on the property territory. The host was very nice and helpful. The weather wasn't that great during our stay and it was pretty cold outside, so the host provided us with extra duvet and a heater to make our stay even more comfortable. He also shared good recommendations and tips to explore the island. Definitely recommend this place.
