We didn't meet any staff in person, but the guidance they provided online was very helpful and check in was super easy.
The rooms were cozy, clean, and very pretty. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was very nice.
The building required a pin pad entry, then room keys allow elevator and room access. Very streamlined and safe for families or solo travelers.

Wonderful atmospheric largely medieval and early Renaissance City - very compact and walkable. Less than 45 minutes from Florence by train but with less than 1 % of the tourist numbers. Surrounded by wonderful countryside. Beautiful in itself as well as being an ideal touring base at a fraction of the price or congestion of Florence. Very easy to get around on foot and with a very good selection of restaurants in the historic center serving excellent Tuscan cuisine

Having stayed in the hustle and bustle of Pisa and Florence...
Having stayed in the hustle and bustle of Pisa and Florence previously, I loved the more laid back feel here.
Plenty of cafes, restaurants, little shops, beautiful architecture all within walking distance and not overly crowded.
The little squares had live music and the local families came out together to eat on Sunday. There was even a local wine tasting tour around the squares - you purchased a glass (refundable, or keep as a souvenir) and then 'tickets' to try the different wines at each trattoria that was participating - some 20+ - needless to say, a little tiddled by the afternoon!
The market (on Wednesday and Saturday) was lovely and there were no street traders bothering you with their fake watches and leather goods that were everywhere in the bigger cities.
Pistoia was the best part of our Italian tour!

While it is a typical Italian Toscana town, it has a lot of space for improvements. Amazing floral sites and offers but otherwise the streets and buildings feel neglected except of around the few main attractions. But that's quite common even in Florence or Pisa. Obviously not a lot of need to do more when your sites are full of tourists anyway. :)

Small but beautiful, with a friendly, bustling feel.
Small but beautiful, with a friendly, bustling feel. Close to Florence, Lucca and Pisa (all on the same branchline by train). Stunning architecture, but quieter and less crowded than Florence. A hidden gem! I believe it is well known for its garden centres - I saw some of them from the train. And someone told me thare is a train museum there, but I can't confirm that
We chose this apartment as our base to explote Tuscany Pisa and Florence by train. We were pleasantly surprised and loved the location. The facilities were clean and well maintained. All the amenities a family needs are there. Our host was easy to contact and rapidly dealt with minor issues we had.
The secret to this apartment is location at the centre of Pistoia. Piazza De La Sala is happening from morning (with fruit stalls) to night. When you think your day is over its easy to continue downstairs when it really comes alive at night.
Very nice hotel located in the center of Pistoia on a quiet street. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Although the breakfast area isn't too big the selection of meals is very satisfactory. We didn't make a reservation for parking place, but there is a lot of free spaces in few minutes walk radius. For initial check-in there is one spot for a car just at the door. Definitely would like to visit this place again.
We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Storica Palazzo Puccini! Fabiana, our host and the hotel manager, was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable The breakfast was exceptional! We found it to be very conveniently located, as it is right in the center of Pistoia, just a short walk from the train station, museums and San Zeno Cathedral. This where we will stay when we return. Thank you Fabiana!
This palazzo is stunningly beautiful and was beyond any expectations. Our room was spacious with a comfortable four poster bed and exquisite furnishings. Chiara and Fabiana were very friendly and helpful and served a delicious breakfast with superb tea and coffee. There was also a lounge area to relax in with cake and hot drinks after a long day. The historical sights of Pistoia are just on the doorstep .
Our hosts were gracious and accommodating during our 8 night stay in the fascinating city of Pistoia. The apartment was spacious, quiet, secure with a great kitchen if you have time to cook. Loved the bold colours and design of the apartment. A perfect location to explore the city walking, close to the train station, extremely helpful information centre by the duomo. Highly recommend.
The Host was the best in all our 13 stays during this trip through France and Italy , rooms amazing breakfast unbelievable ,variety quantity and service , she was the most amazing host ,and I would stay there always the only problem she only has 2 rooms so book early and do not be disappointed. to miss this lifetime experience . I would like to rate this accommodation at least 12 or 15
Great place, small hotel, but with everything you need. Clean, nice, well-equipped. Wonderful and helpful owners. Italian breakfasts ;) Private, closed parking space. B&B is close to the center with lots of tasty and charming restaurants and close to the train station, which made Pistoja an ideal place for trips to Florence.
I definitely, highly recommend it.
Nice comfortable room with a really big bathroom. Staff are friendly but speak little English. Swimming pool is shared with outside guests (looks like guests outside the property can buy a day ticket and use the swimming pool as well). Breakfast is simple (compared to all the buffet breakfasts we've had in North Italy) but enough.
The apartment was lovely, bright open windows, 6 radiators, (in the cold, in Italy, this matters!), and immaculate. Wonderful location, great close by parking, and truly, an amazing staff, from check in, to all things involved, thank you so much Manuela, what a great host! Truly, one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
Very nice location, perfect for visit Pistoia and surroundings. In eight minutes in car you can reach Pistoia center. Very calm place if you like peace and silence. Jana, the owner are very nice person...you fell like home. Thank you, I will be back for sure!
This is a special property in a special location. Pistoia is a hidden gem! We wish we would have allowed more time here. The host did a great job of decorating and providing a special experience. The breakfast was over the top!! Super value for the price.
Hospitality and service excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The location was perfect for a stay in Pistoia and I would recommend this place for a base to see the many beautiful sites in Toscana
The hosts are unbelievably kind and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The location is just a few steps from the charming Pistoia downton area and it had a secured parking lot; we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
The B&B has a great location in an antique building (very well maintained) right in the city center of Pistoia. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was helpful and easy going. Beds are comfortable. Feels like home!
Location in the center of Pistoia couldnt be better, yet very private and quiet. The host was present at check in and very kind. The home has everything needed for a short or long stay. Highly recommended.
A lovely room overlooking the baptistery. Whilst being in the city centre, the room was very quiet.
And we ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel which was extremely good.
