The staff was fantastic! The food was excellent! It is located outside Musanze, so the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio after gorilla trekking.
The WiFi worked well too.

The location of the place is good , the staff is awesome and try their best to make sure that your stay will be the best , from the time we booked the manager was always there for us ! He is very helpful and open for all the request you can be having before and after reaching to the place ! All the Tours which were done was the best experience we ever had from Akagera game driving experience in Eastern part of the country to the gorilla trekking trip in Volcanoes National park ! and all the trips were organized by Volcanoes Over View Safaris which also owns Under Volcanoes View Guest House !
The food of the place is pretty delicious they go beyond to know that you got satisfied with the Rwandan local dishes which re really beautiful , The prices of the trips are good except the high price of gorilla which is $1500 but it was okay because i knew this 2 years before coming so the price of the accommodation , food and drinks are all good and affordable for everyone !
The rooms are super beautiful simple rooms which are equipped with amazing decorations and all the facilities , we had an high speed internet in our room , hot water for shower as well as nice and very clean towels which was important to us !
5 stars can be rated to this amazing place and we cant wait to recommend and looking forward to coming back in 2025

I loved that it was a women owned eco resort. No plastic water bottles. The staff was wonderful. Helped me beyond belief getting the tour I really wanted with a great guide. Good food and even an espresso machine!!!

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The staff at reception and the manager welcomed us with fresh juice and were able to help us arrange for a driver for the following day. They were really flexible with a later check out and as I wasn't feeling well, provided a lot of support. The garden was a nice place to relax and the restaurant was large with many drink options. The showers were hot and the rooms were generous in size with a nice patio. The driver was excellent - he supported us in getting tickets for a hike, and was very knowledgeable about the park.
