The owner, Chiara, made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She graciously offered us drinks on the terrace, where we relaxed after traveling and enjoyed the spectacular view of the surrounding area. Chiara provided us with just the right amount of warm hospitality and privacy. She was engaging and informative throughout our stay.

The room was beautiful and lush with traditional furnishings. It was remarkably clean and fresh despite the heavy fabric curtains, etc. The reception staff were always kind and cheerful. The terrace was an oasis in the city. We were heartbroken to have to leave.

Beautiful little village, great that there is an elevator that takes you up to the old town from a parking lot at the bottom so that you don't have to walk up the stairs especially if you have difficulty with steep hills or walking uphill.

Todi is a beautiful little town.
Todi is a beautiful little town. We loved the scenery that surrounded the town. The history around every corner. Every shop or restaurant we went to we were treated with great respect. Churches are well worth a visit but be prepared to walk a lot of steps. Overall a wonderful place.

Beautiful old town with lots of very old buildings in great condition! There is a big square with a great cathedral and municipal buildings in fantastic condition. There are so many great restaurants. There are many small alleyways with historical buildings.
Location is so beautiful, overlooking the valley and hills. The house was terrific. The hosts, Frederica and Marco, we’re so warm, inviting and open. We loved them as much as we loved the space.
Frederica is a noted interior designer, and we so appreciated all aspects as to how she created such a beautiful environment.
It’s only a brief drive to Todi, and centrally located for reasonable drives to the beautiful small towns in Umbria.
We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.
Claudio , & his family were amazing hosts. My husband & I had a great time . I would highly recommend it . They were so sweet to honor my birthday with a special cake & a beautiful orchid plant. The pool & happy hour was a special treat after touring the Hot Umbria country side. I woul highly recommend stay at there.
what’s not to like?! sprawling hotel with exquisite views & a lovely pool. staff were friendly, helpful (grazie francesca!) & honest (out of the 50+ guests in our booking, I haven’t heard a single complaint about nasty surprises when checking out). to top it off, the wine bottle prices were very reasonable.
Lovely, historic building with fantastic views of Umbria from the terrace in the back. Chiara was so accommodating and helpful and fun to know. The breakfast was delicious (fresh croissants!) and we enjoyed our mornings gazing at the view. There is even a parking lot in the back!
The location was excellent, right in the heart of Todi. The communication from the owner was outstanding and he gave is all the information that we needed. The apartment had everything that you would expect from a nice place, with touched one would get in a AirB&B.
Very nicely done hotel on the outskirts a most interesting and lovely city, Todi with good parking and quiet enviroment. Excellent breakfast, unfortunately the restaurant was not open several nights for dinner. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good Wifi downstairs.
This charming family property has been renovated as a small hotel. It sits on a lovely hillside with views of surrounding vineyards. Facilities we’re clean and staff accommodating. A delicious continental breakfast and ample parking made this a great stay.
Apartments of character that were furnished well and were comfortable. Great pool with surrounding views and of Todi. Lovely homemade pastries and jam on arrival. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again without question
The location was perfect for visiting Todi, it's right at the edge of the walled city, so it's a quick walk or free shuttle bus ride into the center of town. The breakfast was fabulous, and the view is breathtaking.
Fantastic location.
Very comfortable and well appointed. Perfect space for a couple.
A great way to have a genuine Todi / Umbrian experience.
Lovely welcome from Adele
Nice room and pleasant hotel with a good breakfast. There was a wedding on one night when we returned to the hotel but the room was quiet. Great view from the balcony.
Beautifully renovated 15th century castle, tastefully furnished to a high standard. Magnificent location just outside Todi. Owners very polite and welcoming.
Beautiful setting in an ancient building in the center of Todi. Excellent breakfast and very nice, friendly and competent staff. I liked everything :-)
