Regalia Residence is located near the Putra World Trade Center and is only 5.5KM away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower (one of the tallest buildings in the world). This part of the city is at the fringe and is quaint in a nice way. You will find a mix of old and new buildings. If you are adventurous, you will enjoy walking the nooks and crannies here. The community at Regalia Residence is very cosmopolitan. You will meet many others guest as well as expatriates from different parts of the world. It offers amongst the best views of Kuala Lumpur from the rooftop restaurant and infinity pool. The Rooftop Restaurant, It serves Western cuisine, wine, beer, or other alcoholic beverages of your choice whilst taking in the view of the Kuala Lumpur City. About 7 minutes by walking distance to the Sunway Putra Shopping Mall which is mix of restaurants and retails outlets as well as a cineplex and a well-stocked supermarket. There are great connectivity to the nearest Putra komuter station and PWTC LRT station, it bring you to KLCC Suria Mall & The Pavillion, or take the Komuter train to Midvalley Megamall & Batu Caves.
