The clients have the first three floors and the owner has the ground floor for its exclusive use, with independent and separate entrances and without interfering with the clients vacations. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und sicher, sehr nah an allem und sehr abgelenkt, um die Ausfahrt und den Eintritt von Booten durch den Kanal zu sehen. Le quartier est très calme et sûr, très proche de tout et très distrait pour voir la sortie et l'entrée des bateaux à travers le canal. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, very close to everything and very distracted to see the exit and entry of boats through the canal.
