This beautiful property is located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, in less than 1.2 mi from the beach. The ground level hosts one double bedroom, a living room, and a full equipped open kitchen. At the top level there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with view to the sea. The underground level hosts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms are fully air conditioned. The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. Also, there is a built-in BBQ under the elegant wooden pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the marvelous sea view. The villa is ideal for families or for couples and friends that want to enjoy everything Mykonos has to offer while also being able to retreat into a more private setting.
