Our stay was only for 1 night but everything was nice. The hotel is reachable by car, the taxi from the bus station costs only 30 dhr (you don't wanna carry your luggage up and down through the Medina with the heat, believe me). The guys at the hotel were great and helpful. Thank you, all the best!

It is a more laid back place compared with where we had come from in Morocco ie. the bustling city of Fez -So we instantly felt more relaxed! We mostly enjoyed exploring by walking at our own pace in this pretty town in the mountains. We enjoyed views from rooftops and from the top of the Kasbah. We had good meals- one at the main square a restaurant called Twins which was great for people watching and to see the entertainers! Also the other restaurant we went to twice was called Cafe Clock where there was live music every night and the staff were very helpful and interested in chatting with us..

    We went on motorcycles

We went on motorcycles the road up to it is in a terriable state and th elighting is very poor. If you go in the winter then its just another rainy town. Lots off ferrel dogs about pulling bins over in search of food and leaving the place less than desirable. Of which the locals were happy about. So my advice do not go in winter

Choosing this hotel was the best decision we had made on our trip to Morocco. Loved everything about it. Definitely the best view Chefchaouen can offer. Rooms were clean, big and the bed was comfortable. And breakfast was amazing, which was served on the rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city. Also the view from our room was unbeatable. The staffs were always very welcoming and helping in any way they can. Our room was also upgraded without any charge. Highly highly recommended.

Casa Amina is a beautiful and unique space in a great location. It became one of my favorite places I stayed in Morocco due to its personality and people. Everything about it feels like a home and the staff is very nice and welcoming. It definitely stands out from your average hotel experience. It is a really relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire place. I loved enjoying a tea or coffee on the roof terrace and the amenities in the rooms. Would definitely stay again!

And I have to admit, the moroccan Tea that accompanied the breakfast was the best we’d tasted in morocco. Super happy with this place. Great location--close to all the action, but in a quiet street. Great views from the roof terrace. The team running the hotel were very helpful and kind--gave us advice on things to do in Chefchaouene, organised a transfer to Tangier, brought us a fruit plate when it was too hot to go out in the afternoon. Breakfast was very tasty, and the ladies running the restaurant were very kind.

The staff was fantastic. Lotfi was so interesting to talk to and had so much great info. I liked the location of the hotel. Wires got crossed somewhere when I booked and the reservation showed 2 instead of 4 guests, and the superior bungalow with 6 beds that I booked only had 4 beds - not sure why, but it’s all good! I’d try something else in Chefchaouen next time for the value.

They picked us up from the closest parking lot to show us where the hotel is. We had the top room which had tall wide windows so the views were great. We were able to enjoy sunrise from our room. The rooftop is a great way to spend sunset instead of walking all the way to the church with crowds of other people.

The boutique hotel is located outside of the old Medina, approximately 15 minutes walking which is a nice stroll. The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful.
