Great location to center of town, restaurants, and attractions. Definitely take the walk up the hill to the old town area for additional restaurants, beautiful views of the city and local businesses.

Casa Mediterránea is a gorgeous, tranquil, laid back and secluded paradise… The staff are friendly, accommodating, generous and very gracious.
The pool itself is an oasis of calm and quiet but is also downright fun and oh so enjoyable… the guest respect each other and it’s truly a “getaway”.

Location was wonderful just at the old town. Staff were very kind. Little terrace off the room was good for quiet reflection. It had a rack to dry my clothes that I hand washed. Very convenient.

If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did,...
If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did, understand that most of the restaurants close after lunch during this time of year. We came in mid-January. Obviously, it will be too cold to enjoy swimming in the beach. But walking around the historic centre was very nice. It was nice that there were so few people in the town during our time there. I would recommend it, if you are into that sort of thing. It was a great chance to take some nice pictures and videos without a lot of people, and/or crowds. There was only one restaurant open for dinner, that our Hotel recommended to us. We tried to find other options, but there were none. Also, the Villa of Tiberius is closed on Monday and Tuesdays.

We were looking for a beach stay not far from Rome.
We were looking for a beach stay not far from Rome. Sperlonga is 2 hours south of Rome. I highly recommend this beautiful beach community. It’s quiet, with a lovely street of shops and restaurants. But it’s all about relaxing on the beach.

If you like to travel and immerse yourself in the culture of a country, Villa Epi is the place to stay. Marco, the host speaks English, the vacationers are local people from surrounding areas in Italy. We ate a local restaurants. Getting around Sperlonga was challenging because Villa Epi is on the outskirts of the town, however Marco is at your service. He will bring you to the town, pick you up, free of charge.

Sperlonga is such a gem, filled with nice restaurants, cafes and small shops during summer season. Lovely boat excursions and interesting history with excavation of Tiberius villa. Plenty of beach options nearby, also if you would like more secluded places. Renting a boat must be ideal to reach these places.
Not so easy to move around to nearby villages without a car or taxi. Bus routes not so developed.

The village of Sperlonga is beautiful, so many gorgeous little walk ways and paths to explore. The restaurants were amazing, with really good seafood. The beach was lovely, it was too cold to sit on, but to walk along and collect shells with my daughter was lovely. It was beautiful and would recommend.
We loved our stay in Sperlonga. The appartment is so fresh and clean and close to the beach. The service by Valentina is amazing. She brought us a tasty breakfast every morning, we loved to eat the croissants out in the garden in the sun. There is the possibility to use bicycles, which is just wonderful to get to the beach. In 10 minutes by bike, you are in the wonderful historic city center of Sperlonga, with many good restaurants. So to say, we loved our stay and hope to come back!
The staff here were great. The location was very good, right in the middle of everything. There was ample parking around the hotel and the host brought our car out to us and helped with the luggage. Breakfast was adequate. They have their own private beach that was a block away. Definitely recommend this hotel. worked fine for us the elevator accessed all areas. There was a great outside sitting area with plenty of room.
The family was absolutely blown away by the hospitality, cleanliness, location and overall stay at Villa Maria. Truly luxurious and Gabrielle was a phenomenal host. She even organized sun bed rentals ($) that were located FIRST ROW at the beach!!! Thank you again for everything, we will definitely be back, for now we’ll enjoy the memories!
We rested together with our daughter in September. We really liked the territory of the hotel, despite the fact that it is located on a mountain, there is a minibus that takes you to the beach and to the city center for free. Very nice, helpful staff, cleanliness in the houses and the pool area. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.
Very well run, friendly hotel in a beautiful location. It is right on the beach with stunning sunset views and only a short walk into the old town. The garden area was beautiful, filled with an amazing array a plants all so well looked after. We only stayed one night on our way to the airport and had a lovely last day in Italy.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my rental car, and they helped me enormously by calling the rental company and speaking in Italian. It really was such a big help to me. The hotel is charming, comfortable and in a short walking distance to a beautiful beach. We didn’t want to leave!
Amazing location between the old town & the beach. Great views. Sperlonga is a total gem and really worth visiting. Beautiful beach and the old town is just stunning. Vento Verde is run by a Father & Son team who were helpful & available whenever needed.
The room and bath were spacious. The B&B is right on the sea and it's very quiet (but you can hear the sea!). The beach is beautiful. Marco is a wonderful host and looks out for everyone. We hope to go back!
Nice clean modern hotel within a 10 minute walking distance of the beautiful beach! Staff are all very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to families!!!
The staff were all very friendly and always with a smile. The grounds and pool area were very nice and the hotel is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants.
