The owners and managers live on the ground floor of the house, while the whole first floor is reserved exclusively for guests: no common spaces to be shared with other people! The resident staff in the house only speak Italian, but for every need international guests can receive assistance by telephone, in english, german and spanish.

The entire first floor of an elegant villa in a residential area at your exclusive disposal: : no common spaces to be shared with other people! Ideal for groups or families of up to 7 people (plus a baby in a cot) in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an elegant lounge. NB: The price for 4-5 people includes accommodation in 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the price for 6-7 people includes accommodation in 3 bedrooms. Self service breakfast is always included: customers will find sufficient food and drinks for the duration of their stay. At guests' disposal: fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and hot drinks. Living room with sofas, SAT TV with DVD player and many films available. ATTENTION - READ CAREFULLY In consequence of the health emergency situation in progress, for the season 2020 the access to the structure will be allowed by prior detection of the body temperature. Should one of the guests report a body temperature equal to or greater than 38 ° C, the whole group will not be able to access the structure.
