Every detail had been attended to in the rooms and Cristiano made great recommendations of where we should visit during our stay in the Duoro Valley. This really is a magical place! The owners and staff are amazing-very detailed oriented. Lot’s of little touches from candles, to flowers to port. The road getting up to Quinta do Bosque can be challenging but well worth the effort once you arrive! The breakfasts were fabulous-so much to choose from and presented so nicely. We decided to have dinner there both nights. Really loved the starters, soup and desserts. I can’t say enough about Quinta Do Bosque-of our 2 weeks traveling around Portugal this was a highlight for sure!

Everything! From the view of the valley to the rosemary stems on our pillowcases. Their breakfasts are the best I’ve ever had and their dinners deserve 5 stars. Exquisite! Cristiano and his staff took absolutely good care of us. As a matter of fact, Cristiano was away for a couple of days and when I asked if he would be back before we left, Maria wasn’t sure. On the day we left, he pops up at our table as we were having breakfast to say goodbye even though he had to take his son to soccer and was late. That is true customer care!

This is an absolutely magical place. If you are looking to be pampered and relax, this is the place. Everything was exceptional: the setting, view, staff, food, and attention to detail. My husband needs to eat gluten-free and they accommodated his needs without exception. The fresh vegetables and fruit from their own gardens were delicious, as were the breakfasts (included) and dinners. They even made us snacks and drinks whenever we requested. We can't say enough about this hotel. If you are lucky enough to land a reservation here - do not pass it up!

The Quinta do Bosque team are amazing - so nice! The rooms and amenities are excellent. The breakfast was excellent and we really liked the opportunity to choose what we wanted to eat and there wasn’t a lot of waste. The dinners were amazing four course meals over looking the valley in the evening with candles burning - amazing ambience. The wine, beer, food was very reasonable and great quality. I can’t say enough great things about this place - the best we have ever experienced!
