In the current situation of the pandemic, during 2021 we will maintain our policy of NO application of cancellation costs for those cases affected by objective causes caused and related to it. We also maintain our usual policy of payment conditions; 30% upon reservation and the remainder 7 or 14 days before arrival, depending on the season. Apartamentos Ornis complies with the recommendations established for tourist accommodation by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE) of the Ministry of Tourism. It is a building of recent construction, of which it is worth highlighting its location just 10 meters from the Capri beach with the main services of the population at a very short distance and all this in a low-density residential area (maximum 3 heights, with large amount of landscaped space, directly on the pedestrian promenade, therefore next to the sea and the beach. (see video on Ornis site) Accommodation prices include; Bed and bath linen, delivered sealed Departure cleaning and disinfection (kitchens and their kitchenware must be clean and tidy upon departure) Wifi Air conditioning and Heating in winter. TV - Satellite (international channels

Long experience with international hosts.

In the very heart of the Biosphere Reserve of Terres de l'Ebre, at only 5 minutes of the Ebro Delta Natural Park and 1 hour of Els Ports Natural Parc (mountain range with peacks at 1440 mts. high), our situation is perfect because of the village services (supermarkets, farma, restaurants) we have at 100 meters from the appartments, but also the easy access to both Natural Parcs.
