The villa Adria is perfect solution for couples or families who are interested in staying a few steps from the beach while the same time being surrounded by nature. It is a modern construction of three 50 m² apartments located on 2 floors, overlooking a garden with a barbecue and a private covered garage. The apartments consist of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a large balcony. The apartments can accommodate a maximum of four/five people each. Every apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a wide-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a microwave and a hair dryer. The beach is less than 5 minutes away by foot and it is possible to request beach service. Domestic animals are not allowed.
Peschiutta family has run these holiday apartments for over 50 years and has been committed to guaranteeing its customers a pleasant and relaxing stay in Lignano, always meeting the demands and needs of the client of any given moment. As an example, since the beginning of the pandemic we have been utilizing an ozone sterilizer to sanitize the apartments for each guest and we have been supplying disposable mattresses and pillow covers.
Very quiet neighborhood with all services at hand. Below the house there is a minimarket, while on the corner (20 meters from home) there are a newsagent, bar, restaurant, butcher and greengrocer. The apartment is located near the 7bis bathing establishment, but the number 8 'La Sacca' and 7 are also very close. At 20 meters from home there are the stops of the urban bus and the courier for the main towns of Friuli (Udine, Trieste ...) and Veneto (Venice, Verona ...). In addition, in the newsstand in front of the stop you can buy tickets for buses, courier and even boat trips both in the Maranese and Venetian lagoons.
