The location was perfect, right in the center of town. Castelmauro is very beautiful with incredible vistas and very friendly people. Our host was very responsive to our needs and even called in a reservation for us at a very good restaurant since our Italian is limited. Our host also could speAk enough English to communicate with us.

Property was wonderful! Great location in a beautiful Italian hill town with view over the downtown. Lots of food, drink, hot water, and heat for us and wi-fi for the boys. Lovely couple running the BnB could not have been more helpful, even with our little bit of italian!

We loved everything. Marco is a lovely person and fantastic host. After 4 weeks of Agriturimos in Italy this property was the best. It felt like a 5 star experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, especially the bathrooms, had great views and had many thoughtful amenities. The breakfasts were very good. And the wine we bought there was as good as any of the best Tuscan wines we had earlier on our trip. The property is beautiful with superb vistas. We even saw the beautiful phenomenon known as a murmuration of starlings. Marco’s place and the rural areas of the Molise are Italy’s best kept secret.
