Bon petit déjeuner, endroit plutôt calme, confortable.
The management was very accommodating. They gave us space to snack and visit with our friends and provided us with water. We were blessed and appreciative, especially since we didn’t feel up to going out.
Also, in the morning, the croissants were freshly made for us and the chef was willing to bake another for me if I had the time to wait.
Also, one in our group was ill and the management allowed her to stay longer while the rest of us toured.
VERY accommodating!!!!!!

Close enough to Venice, and decent and reasonably priced restaurants. Almost nothing to do or see, it can be a drag to have to commute to Venice. Not recommended for couples, maybe more a place for families or bigger groups to save some money over staying in Venice.

Quiet residential neighborhood not at all far from central Venice. One bus will take you to one of the main transit hubs and you can walk to all the canals from there. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere that's less touristy and more affordable if you're not afraid of figuring out public transit in an unfamiliar city.

A very practical place for a short stay to visit Venice.
A very practical place for a short stay to visit Venice. Cheaper than Venice hotels and very easy to go to Venice - short and cheap trip by train or bus. Nothing particuraly interesting in Marghera itself.

Very convenient for Venice if staying on the island is too expensive. Trains take you to the centre and seem to be every ten minutes well into the night so you can fully experience the wonders. Marghera has bars and shops too for an early morning coffee. Quieter than Venice too.

Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice.
Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice. Our target was to visit Venice with family, and Marghera was a good choice to have a rest after a long day :) The public transport was really great, only 15 minutes to Venice. There are nice, cheap restaurants in Marghera and lovely coffee shops as well. Liked to stay here.
The breakfast was incredible: a huge selection of homemade food (from bread to sweets and beyond). Personally, I would say it is even better than in some hotels I visited before.
Emilia and her mum are super welcoming and supportive & flexible regardless which request we had. The location is great to take public transport to Venice island (only a 10-15mins ride). Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot and we would recommend the B&B to others!
The location was great, as the bus station was opposite the hotel. The room was pretty decorated in a Venice style. It was super clean and with no issues or problems. As it was a little cold outside, they kept the heating on for the whole stay. The staff was friendly and always helpful to each question we had. The breakfast was simple and had some basic options, but was what we needed for the start of the day.
Clean and modern apartment. Very comfortable bed. All you need to cook meals. The host even provided a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.
Location: although it seems to be far from the old town, the bus is literally around the corner and takes you to Piazzale Roma in 13 minutes. Be aware though, transport can finish early (between 9 and 10 pm). But there is a late bus from Venice stopping nearby.
My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations for the price. The location was amazing, just near the train station and even closer to bus station (6, 6l) to venice, making it convenient for transportation. The breakfasts were nice and added to the overall value. The highlight of my stay was the super comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel!
Hotel is perfectly located to visit Venice - direct bus to Venice is just 1 corner away and Mestre Train station is also very near. Room was very clean and quiet. Private parking was very convenient for us since we had a car. Lorenzo the receptionist helped us a lot in explaining how to get to Venice by public transport. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Great breakfast, very helpful staff. Great location and value considering it’s a 15 minute drive from Venice and the prices of Venice could be quite expensive. They offered us a parking spot for 20 euro a day (also a cheaper hourly rate) from quickly looking at other parking signs I seen that was a bargain. Then took this above ground train right to the main Roma square.
The front desk people were really helpful and guided us in detail with maps as to how to get around. They also helped us out when we needed anything. The rooms were big and clean and well maintained. The location is a short ride away.from station. They sell all tickets at hotel itself and that makes everything convenient.
The location (in Marghera) is good, served by a tram [T2, Mestre (Centre)/Marghera] and several buses [6/6L/…, Venezia Piazzale Roma], just around the corner.
The host was great and helpful, and made me feel welcome at arrival.
Overall pretty good value to price ratio, I guess. (A big and cheap room, near Venice.)
Very pleasant and communicative staff. Always polite and with a smile on their face. Made our stay much more nicer.

The hotel was really great for the price! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are big, clean, and comfortable! You get everything you need :)
Ah; location was also perfect! There was a bus stop 5 minutes walking from the hotel, which went straight to Venice in 15 min
We have stayed here several times. The hotel is in a great location for getting into and out of Venice. A bus from Piazzale Roma will get you close to the hotel in under 15 minutes. It is very comfortable, and the owners are always very welcoming and accommodating.
Very pleasant small hotel in Marghera, located few minutes from bus stop to center of Venice (15 minutes drive), tickets possible to buy in the hotel. Room was spacious, breakfast good, stuff great. Ideal place to visit Venice. Old fashioned, which is charming.
Very friendly hotel staff. Helped us with many the information. I liked that they offered free parking even for an extended time. It's very close to a bus station ( I recommend a 24h ticket for travelling to Venice). The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
Good hotel in Marghera, chosen for its decent accommodation price.
Ideal starting point for Venezia tour. Bus 6 station can be reached in 5-6 minutes walk from hotel. Bus 6 will take you to the main island in less than 20 minutes.
The rooms are pretty good and quite worth of money. The hotel is close to Tram and bus station. You can go anytime to Venice and come late night.
Staff are so friendly and very helpful in nature. I love them all🥰.
Excellent hotel, good location ,15 min to bus station to Venice, free parking.Great dinner and breakfast.
Excellent value for money.
Kind and knowledgable staff.
